If classes are cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, each student shall be notified approximately 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the class. A full refund will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made. All attempts will be made to move the student to a new class, if desired.

  • Withdrawal/Cancellation

    • Withdrawals, transfers, and cancellations following registration will incur a $25 administrative fee regardless of the circumstance related to the withdrawal, transfer, or cancellation: other charges may apply depending on when the withdrawal occurs. If the withdrawal/transfer takes place two or more weeks prior to the beginning of the class, a full refund will be issued, minus the $25 administrative fee. A partial refund will be offered for a withdrawal when more than one week’s notice is offered.
