Join Dots and Doodles and Crisis Center North as we
showcase artistic expression and celebrate survivors of domestic violence.

Hearing the Whispers and Roars is an art show exhibiting the work of survivors of domestic violence and local artists. The show is open to the community and we are encouraging artwork to be submitted!
Clients/artists have the option to sell artwork and a portion of sales will be donated to the Crisis Center North
Crisis Center North is a counseling and resource center that provides services to victims of domestic violence and their loved ones in northern and western Allegheny County via counseling, therapy, case management, legal and medical advocacy, and economic empowerment services.

Dots and Doodles has been hosting free classes for clients of CCN throughout the year.
We are so excited to exhibit what they have created!
Hearing the Whispers and Roars Art Show is open to the community! Submit artwork to be exhibited at the show!
Artists of ALL ages are encouraged to participate. Art of all types is welcome (paintings, pottery, photography, sculpture, jewelry, etc). All artwork must be submitted by Sunday October 15th at 4pm.
You may choose to sell your artwork at the show. If you choose to put your piece(s) up for sale 80% of the profit will be returned to you (the artist) and 20% will be donated to the Crisis Center North (a 501(c) organization). You will receive a receipt for your tax deductible donation.
If your artwork is sold you will be notified and sent a receipt along with your profit. If artwork is not sold you will be contacted to pick up your pieces at Dots and Doodles. Artwork will be on display until Friday November 3rd. All unsold artwork must be picked up by November 15th.
To submit artwork: Bring piece(s) to Dots and Doodles with the completed form (above). Forms are available at Dots and Doodles if you are unable to print/complete before hand. A staff member will collect artwork and copy this form for your receipt.
