Soak up the sun with Dots and Doodles this summer!  From June to August, we will offer full and half day camps for students of all ages. Five days of art and fun.  All doodlers ages 5 -14 are invited to express their imagination this summer!

How to Sign Up?

  • For a single week:

    • Choose the camp for which you would like to register your artist.  

    • Click the "Register Now" button. 

    • Choose the correct session of the camp for which you would like to register (Full Day, Half Day AM, or Half Day PM) and click "Checkout"

    • Complete the Registration Form.  Read and Agree to the Camp Policies (below) and click "Continue"

    • The website will redirect to PayPal - if you do not have PayPal choose the "Pay with a Credit Card/Debit Account" and you will be directed to PayPal Guest Checkout.

    • Once payment is completed a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided. 

Camp Policies

​By enrolling in a summer camp at Dots and Doodles you agree to all the terms listed below:

  • Registration

    • Please bring completed Enrollment Agreement to camp Monday.  Check-in begins at 8:45 am Monday morning.  ALL students must be accompanied by a guardian on Monday morning for initial check-in.  A Dots and Doodles employee will check-in campers, accept enrollment agreements, outstanding payments, review pick-up policies and any medical concerns.  

  • Camp Drop Off/ Pick-Up

    • Camp Drop Off/ Pick-Up: Although full camps run 9am-4pm and half day camps run from 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm, campers may be dropped as early as 8:00am and picked up as late as 5:30pm Monday-Friday.  These are considered extra “Open Studio Hours” and guardians will be charged $10/hour per camper for extra hours.  During “Open Studio Hours” campers will be supervised and given options for additional art projects. 

  • Medical Information

    • Dots and Doodles MUST be made aware of all allergies and pertinent medical concerns regarding campers for their safety.  This information will be kept confidential and only shared with necessary employees. 

  • Lunch and Snacks

    • There will be a short break in the morning and afternoon. You are welcome to send your camper with a snack.   Food will not be provided by the studio.  There will be a one hour break for lunch and recreation from 12-1 pm.  Campers must provide their own lunch.  No camper will be permitted to leave the premise to obtain food.  On Friday, we will be having a pizza lunch to celebrate a week long of fun, hard work, and excellent artwork. We suggest bringing a water bottle. Please be aware of other students with nut allergies and make your child aware if he or she has food containing nuts. If we have a camper with a severe nut allergy we may ask you to pack snacks/lunches that are “nut free.”   We thank you in advance for your flexibility regarding food. The studio DOES NOT have a microwave or a fridge.

  • Payment

    • Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment in order to secure a spot in the camp.  Registration must occur prior to the start of the class. If classes or camps are cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, each student shall be notified approximately 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the class. A full refund will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made. All attempts will be made to move the student to a new class, if desired.

  • Withdrawal/Cancellation

    • Withdrawals following registration will incur a $25 administrative fee regardless of the circumstance related to class withdrawal; other charges may apply depending on when the withdrawal occurs. If the withdrawal takes place two or more weeks prior to the beginning of the class, a full refund will be issued, minus the $25 administrative fee. A partial refund will be offered for a withdrawal when more than one week’s notice is offered. If less than one week’s notice is offered, no refund will given unless the student’s position can be filled from the waiting list; in that case, a full refund will be offered, minus the $25 administrative fee. Waiting lists will be maintained for full classes. Waitlisted students will be notified by phone or email when space becomes available. Students will have 24 hours to respond to notification of addition from the waitlist by phone, email or in person. Payment must be made in full at the time of response or the student will forfeit their spot in the class. Special or extenuating circumstances regarding withdrawals, transfers and waiting lists will be considered at the sole discretion of the owners.

  • Behavior

    • The studio reserves the right to expel any student from class for exhibiting behavior that may cause harm to him/herself, other campers/students, or staff. Students expelled will not be permitted to return, nor will they receive a refund. Such behaviors include, but are not limited to, hitting, kicking, biting, sexual harassment, and/or possessing weapons or illegal substances. In the event of a minor student, a parent or guardian will be contacted to pick up the student immediately if any such behavior occurs.

  • Late Pick Up

    • The studio expects each minor student to be picked up within 15 minutes of the scheduled end of each class. Following this time period, School reserves the right to charge a fee of $25 per child, for each 15 minute period during which the student is not picked up.

  • Limitation of Liability

    • NEITHER SCHOOL, ITS TEACHERS, SUPPLIERS, PRESENTERS OR OTHER ASSOCIATES, SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU, YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN, OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS, COST, DAMAGE OR OTHER INJURY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ENROLLMENT IN DOTS AND DOODLES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE SCHOOL BE LIABLE TO YOU, YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES OR COSTS.

  • Changes to Terms

    • This Agreement may be updated by the studio from time to time, and may be amended to incorporate additional terms. All such updates and changes are effective immediately upon notice thereof, which we may give by any means, including, but not limited to, posting a revised version of this Agreement or other notice on Dots and Doodles premises. We expressly reserve the right to make any changes to this Agreement at any time without prior notice to you.

  • Photo Release

    • ​By agreeing to the Camp Policies you grant permission to Dots and Doodles Art Studio to use photographs and/or video of my child taken in camp at Dots and Doodles in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of Dots and Doodles.
